So I have used infusionsoft, active campaign, and a whole bunch of other providers that have a steep learning cuve, in their advertising they say something along the lines of "this only takes 5 mins to set up" needless to say I didn't believe it. However, the process is simple, I was able to creates conditional logic for emails and replys and sequences only took me 10 mins to have everything set up. Now all I need to do is send in leads and I'm done!

I picked up the lifetime deal mainly because of the price. I tried looking for other alternatives, but most of them were outside my budget.

I initially bought one code, planning to add another later if the platform worked well for me. A few days later, I bought a second code through the upsell on their website because the deal looked good at $59 instead of $79.

The first thing that stood out to me was the UI. It feels very outdated and unpleasant to use. Most of the time, I just wanted to do what I needed to do and leave the platform as quickly as possible.

The main reason I requested a refund, however, was the email warm-up.

I run my own SMTP servers, and one of my servers temporarily went down, which caused some emails to bounce. As expected, the warm-up for that mailbox was turned off. The same thing also happened to mailboxes on Mystrika during the same period that the server went down.

After fixing the server issue, I was able to turn the warm-up back on with Mystrika. With SalesBlink, however, I could not re-enable warm-up.

I contacted their support to ask how I could resolve it, but I was told that this is simply how the platform is designed. Once the warm-up is disabled because of a bounce issue, I could not turn it back on.

That was a deal breaker for me. If I fix the problem that caused the bounce, I should be able to restart warm-up for that mailbox.

Their support also suggested that I use Google or Microsoft mailboxes instead because they supposedly do not bounce. That is simply not true. I have been using both Microsoft and Google mailboxes for the past six months, and occasional bounces can still happen.

Since the platform did not meet my needs, I requested a refund. I received a refund from AppSumo after about three days, but the additional code I purchased directly from SalesBlink has still not been refunded.

I have contacted them through both live chat and email and have not received a response.

If mailbox warm-up is an important part of your cold email setup, I would be very careful before buying SalesBlink.
