I purchased this with the intention to replace Instantly AI. At first it looks like it has all of the features that you'll need which is great.

Over time, the continuous need for customer support was time consuming and frustrating.

Here's some of the issues I experienced:

- positive replies not reporting properly on campaign analytics
- email senders disconnecting daily (despite 99 - 100% health)
- email senders landing in spam after utilising the in-built warm up feature and inbox placement tests (I have years of experience sending campaigns with Instantly and this has never been an issue for me previously)
- Inbox replies take hours (sometimes days) to sync which means my leads didn't get a quick response whilst they were hot
- email volume not sending as they should have been and was buggy for no reason (I was told not to use slow ramp and to disable bounce protect which is pointless because I wanted to utilise those features)

Other than that, the email sequences did send and the customer service was helpful.

I just think it's a long way off from where it needs to be and i'll be going back to Instantly, paying over £100 per month for a much better service.

I wish the developer all the best and I hope that they resolve these issues!

I've been keeping an eye out for something akin to Instantly, and this is the best that I've seen. Looks like a solid product so far.

Why four stars. I'm only a few days in, and I don't give 5 stars (there is always room for improvement). So far, I'm really impressed. But we'll see how it performs over the next month or two.

Set-up was very easy. I had one of my teenagers do it (I was busy working on something else & wanted to get the warm-up cycles working on my email account). My teenager set it up without issue (I think she checked with Claude on one or two settings). I double checked everything later last night.

Observations after jumping on:
1. Very intuitive & simple interface. I liked the layout. Everything was easy to find. Everything worked well. There was one DNS/hosting issue from my domain host (not SalesBlink's fault). They highlighted it clearly & I got it fixed in a minute.
2. So far everything has worked flawlessly. Sequences built. Warmup already running per the settings I defined.
3. I built out some sequences, etc... it was simple & straightforward.
4. Full disclosure, I haven't played with the AI much yet. So I'll update again in a month with any additional feedback.

I bought the deal primarily for warm-ups, email validation & sequencing. It's been great on that front. Based on that, I'm optimistic about the AI features.

I’ll be honest – my first impression during the trial wasn't amazing. The UI feels a bit clunky and old-school, so I almost wrote it off.

But after I actually forced myself to sit down and set everything up, I changed my mind. I’ve been building sequences, sorting out my email lists, and playing around with the API to connect it to other stuff. It's surprisingly straightforward once you get past the looks, and the best part is that it just runs smoothly.
It's not flashy, but it's reliable and gets the work done without any headaches. Pretty happy I gave it a second chance.

SalesBlink has helped simplify and automate our email outreach process. The platform is easy to set up, and the workflow automation features save a lot of time by handling follow-ups automatically. I also like how easy it is to manage campaigns and track performance from a single dashboard.

The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to get started without a steep learning curve. Personalization and email management features work well and help keep outreach organized and efficient.

If I could improve one thing, it would be adding more advanced reporting and customization options. Overall, SalesBlink provides excellent value and has been a reliable solution for streamlining outbound communication.
