After struggling with setup on several other cold email tools, this is the first one that just worked for me. The setup process was surprisingly smooth.

A few rough edges to note: the interface looks a bit old-school, team member onboarding has a couple of bugs, and the default sequence filters can be confusing (my team panicked when they couldn't see each other's setups until we realized a filter was on).

Overall, though, it’s been a great addition to our stack and definitely worth having.
