Frustrated but Hopeful: Review of SalesBlink Email Warmup
While the core idea of SalesBlink's email warmup is excellent, the current execution is riddled with bugs that significantly hinder its usability. Here's a breakdown of the problems encountered in the last 2 weeks of working with the tool:
- Unnecessary the word "warmup" in subject lines: This makes emails appear unprofessional and land sometimes in spam folders.
- Spam folder overflow: Many Warmup emails comes in spam folder (from other community members and my own also)
- Broken features: Spintext functionality, and the "if/then" logic for email sequences is broken.
- Manual warmup setup: The lack of automation for warmup increments is incredibly time-consuming, especially for larger numbers of accounts. There is a bulk upload but DKIM, Signature, Domains and other thinks you need to setup manually
- Disconnections and broken emails: Frequent disconnections and invalid email addresses within the warmup pool further hinder effectiveness.
- Time-consuming integration: Integrating 30 email accounts takes many hours, which is unacceptable for a streamlined process.
Overall, the current state of SalesBlink is a major time killer due to the numerous bugs.
However, the idea behind the tool has great potential. We sincerely hope the development team prioritizes fixing these critical issues to unlock the tool's true potential. A clear roadmap outlining the bug fixes and development of automation features would be greatly appreciated by users like myself. A fully automatic warm-up function to automatically increase the account will also be welcome in the future.
We're eager to see SalesBlink become a reliable and efficient solution for email warmup, but significant improvements are necessary.

Thank you for the review.
We have made some updates to Email WarmUp feature.
1. Even though the keyword "warmup" causes no issues in the deliverability, we have changed it to "hotblink" as per suggestions from our customers.
2. Since Email WarmUp works with a pool of email addresses connected to SalesBlink & the whole point of WarmUp is to move emails from Spam to Inbox, unfortunately nothing can be done here.
3. We haven't received any tickets recently for broken If/Else or Spintax features - but please reach out to our support so that we can help you out..
3. Unfortunately DKIM, Domains & Signatures are user specific and there are a lot of different softwares to do these, hence unfortunately we will never be able to setup DKIM on your behalf.
4. You can use Bulk Upload email addresses feature to add email addresses in few seconds, it does not need to be done manually.
