Immature but great potential!

I decided to take SalesBlink up on the generous offer they gave me to make a review within 24h.
Unfortunately I had only time to test it for 1-2 hours, since I did not see the mail until it was only a few hours left on my timer. So these are my first impressions.

I was not able to connect my business mail (this could be me, so I am not blaming the system).
Instead I went ahead and connected a Gmail addres following the instructions, no issues here. Side not - If you use Gmail, I suggest that you create an application password for each 3rd-party application that use your account, instead of using your normal account password.

I created a campaign - the campaign creator is really a powerful tool. You can for example branch out on email open, and email reply. Very nice!

Without trying to find bugs, just trying to get from A to B (create and launch a campaign) I still found some glitches. Mostly small things, but more than I expected.

1 Sometimes I could not drag an drop properly in the campaign builder. More specifically when trying to drag from "Triggers -> Change CRM Stage".
2 Once I connected a node in the builder, I could not find a way to remove it.
3 I tried the email search, searched for a domain and name combination that I know should give a match. Returned "invalid".
4 I could name the campaigns with the same name (no check for unique name).
5 I ended up with a bunch if empty rows in my crm. I created a csv with 3 rows and imported it a couple of times (since the process was a little unclear). I do not know if the repeated imports was the reason, but somehow I ended up with a bunch of dupes.
6 Validation of the imported data seams to be missing. I noticed this because I accidently set number for my phone number column in Excel. This added ",00" to my numbers.
7 The worst one made forced me to rebuild my whole funnel 2 times! When I was ready with my funnel, I noticed that it said 7 recipients (I had only 3 in my csv), so I went to change that. Should not have done that... My whole funnel was gone with the wind :S I rebuilt a smaller funnel and tested it again, and yes it really deleted everything even thoughn I hade chosed to save.

Regarding the email verification, domain and email search, I did not dig deeper than just making a couple of searches to see what I got back.
I already have other tools for this. I tested one of my business emails, a gmail and an old hotmail adress of mine. The gmail adress came back as valid, the other two came back as risky.
To little testing made to say much about the quality of the output.

I did not try to sync up my google calendar, but I noticed that there was a feature to do that, this would let prospects book me. Nice.

Time to sum up my review before my 24h time frame runs out. The tool is very immature. But I will still keep it. Why? Because I see great potential.
If they get rid of all bugs and make it stable, implements API, AB-testing and email warming. This will be a very, very useful system!
