Most f'ed up product ever used

I have used a LOT of bad product and this one takes the cake. By a margin. Technical bugs, lack of features, poor UI/ UX, etc. - all are part of the growing process and accepted by this community. What is not accepted is lack of transparency, covering up, lying, not accepting feedback, not caring about customers. Every single one of these vehemently showcased by this team and leadership. Hopefully the leadership and team matures before it's too late. For those still curious, here's a list of technical issues:

1. Accounts disconnect randomly and repeatedly. Try 14 times in 36 hours. This is after the team claimed they have pushed "a MAJOR feature update to improve reliability and stability of account connections".
2. In the month before, when i reported accounts were falling off daily or multiple times a week, the team strictly claimed the issue was on my end. Literally till the day before posting the above announcement (and finally accepting there were issues).
3. Sequences show they are running, but have long stopped working. no idea why, and no way to resolve/ restart
4. Reporting is joke. At best. A grid from the 1990s shows you ALL the contacts in your sequence. Good luck trying to filter any to know who opened, who clicked etc. The only way is to sort through every single email and page.
5. UI sucks. When specific feedback was shared, the founder proudly claimed "UI will not be refreshed because users have given positive feedback"
6. As others have pointed out, deliverability stats are shady at best
7. The quality of warmup emails - no comment. Someone already shared a sample - Apple Pineapple something....
8. The number of dead emails and corresponding bounces - terrible
9. Your email senders get a score, which I believe is randomly assigned. previous services we have used put our accounts at 99+. this one puts it at 70 at best. when I asked what gives, they pointed me to multiple random articles - none of which addressed the question. then they gave random answers such as setup your DKIM, SPF, etc. - all of which were already setup, hence the 99+ scores.
10. Support - one of those examples - expectations/hope kills. You'd wish there wasn't any support, at least you wouldn't have any expectations!
11. I don't get how a team builds a product that doesn't do the most basic thing it was built for. I also don't get how this passes AppSumo's "due diligence"/ standards - whatever they might be.

Thank you for your comprehensive review,
I'll try to make some clarifications which will make your SalesBlink experience better.

1) Accounts disconnect when there is an error from SMTP server, we're working daily to ensure that we disconnect the emails on permanent errors and not temporary ones - but since each SMTP server acts differently. I accept this has taken us some time to perfect.

2) As mentioned above, it's not your fault but some SMTP servers which we have not tackled before throw errors unknown that we are everyday learning to deal with.

3) Sequences are always running, you can pause them and start again if you wish. The sequences keep running so that you can add more leads to your existing lists or CRM connections & emails will be scheduled for those new leads. It's a feature, not a bug.

4) We have stats, filters, downloadable reports where you can check sequence wise and date/time wise all the stats you need. Seems like there is some confusion here, you can reach out to support for help.

5) Maybe we talked on some call, unfortunately we have no plans to change the UI as of now as it is easily a 6 month job for a product with so many features. Also, we do not intend to copy UI of others. And yes, you can check other reviews praising the UI.

6) Deliverability can be confirmed from your inbox by checking the sent folder.

7) From our tests - the quality of emails have no impact on deliverability or overall WarmUp process. Nevertheless, We have improved the warmup emails in a latest update last week.

9) There is no reason for giving a score randomly, we can just remove that feature if we wish. The only reason any email gets a low score is when their are some technical issues.
