I had been using another tool for several years and, as a very early adopter, stuck with it partly through loyalty to the Founder, and primarily because of the considerable initial “sunk-cost” plus maintaining all the ongoing monthly subscriptions for various add-ons and new “premium features” The Founder recently wrote, with very little notice, to provide profuse apologies for his company having “been acquired” – this simply meant that he sold out leaving all his founding and ongoing customers high-and-dry. What price loyalty?

Happy to say the SalesBlink popped up at just the right time to save the day. The biggest win for me is the sheer number of unlimited features—especially unlimited emails, email senders and mailboxes. That’s removed so much friction from my workflow, letting me run multi-domain campaigns without constantly worrying about caps or extra costs.

What really stood out this time was how smooth the setup and onboarding felt. With previous tools, I’ve hit painful learning curves that wasted days, but SalesBlink was intuitive from day one. I was up and running faster than I expected, (largely perhaps due to my previous experience with this software sector) and the automation flows, despite not always being visually appealing/perfect, just clicked and worked!!!

Software in this category needs careful setup and attention to detaii. It's not perfect – (eg dashboard stats/reporting often seems to ‘lag’ quite a bit and UI/UX sometime a bit "unrefined") but well towards getting there for my use case and from what I’ve experienced thus far the support is quick and responsive.

When one door closes, there’s usually another to be opened, and for me SalesBlink has proved to be the perfect solution, and a big step up from what I was previously using, both in terms of cost and functionality. An easy 5 tacos from me.
