Very exciting and promising outreach system
Now this is the real deal- simple(ish) to use, easy(ish) to set up and very fair price.
It doesn't really try to do too much- you can find some leads, or import then, and then send some emails and follow ups, with triggers to make calls or create a todo list to add/message on linkedin- that's it. But read on to my final paragraph as to why I think that's fine and where I think this product has huge potential.
Good things to say about this product
1) I found it very simple to set up gsuite
2) The user permissions are simple and effective
3) The CRM is simple but works, and you can advance pipeline stages as part of the automation template as prospects take action
Things that need improvement
1) It doesn't look like it supports gsuite aliases yet
2) The setup needs to be done in order, otherwise it doesn't make sense. You also need to import a CSV when you set up a campaign, even if you don't want to (ie you've used their other tools to create prospect lists)
3) It doesn't do LinkedIn outreach itself (as they point out it's against LinkedIn's TOS)
4) The calendaring functionality doesn't seem to be integrated that deeply, and it's not really useful- eg it uses ALL your calendars on your account, you can't choose which ones- so it looks at and blocks out not only my time but that of my staff, if our rooms are booked, etc etc. We have over 30 calendars, and I only want my personal one to be counted. TBH i'm not that bothered, it's not massively integrated, so it's just as easy to use a booklikeaboss link.
4) There is no detail of the included templates- you are given an option of 4, but they are shown so small you can't see details, you have to load up each one and have a look
5) There are the usual random broken help links and spelling mistakes/typos which lets it down (my SAAS superpower- I'll ping you on livechat ref that!)
So why do I think it's such as exciting product? Well there's a ton of systems (LTD and otherwise) that could feed into this. Salesblink feels like it could be a great prospect data clearing house, and what I mean by that is that you could enrich the data in it by integrating with other systems
Eg- integrate with one of the GPT-3 systems on Appsumo which scans LinkedIn profiles and writes outreach/connection messages- so that they can be inserted into the Salesblink Linkedin "message to send" fields. Voila- unique and customised intro text in the LinkedIn todo page of Salesblink.
eg- Use Spintax (or via a GPT-3 system again) to customise emails, so they are less likely to end up in spam
eg- Allow leads to get sent to a proper CRM when they are closed
eg- launch an API (or zapier) to let leads come in via all kinds of places (like Lemlist does)
I can honestly see this system being the next Lemlist (which is worth a squillion dollars now) if they enrich the data in and out options
