We are using SalesBlink for email outreach and it was really easy to set up and understand. We are new to email outreach, but the bot answered all of my questions and I had it running when the live agent checked in.

I have two points of constructive criticism.

First, the app runs the lead verification when you first import the list. Some of the verified leads could go bad while waiting in que to be sent. I think that the verification should be closer to when the email is sent this way it is more accurate for the automation.

Second, there is no way to manipulate or filter the lists when organizing them in the Lists section. I have to export the list to Sheets to change capitalizations and I also can't manually reorder the list categories, when I'm going through them. I wanted to filter them according to whether they were good, bad, or maybe but I was limited to them automatically going into the regular folder or the archive folder. There is limited manipulating in the Lists area, so I had to export and do work arounds to try and get the best out of our list.

Overall, we are happy with the program. Hopefully there will be improvements and it will get even better!
