Q: I'm trying to delete a previous user to make space for a new employee.

However, when I select the user I want to delete, there is no option to delete their account/delete the user. This is making it very frustrating since I only have a select number of seats/users available on my current plan. How do I go about fixing this and getting the new user onboarded to replace the old one?

Also, I can't find anything regarding the 100 per day email limit, with google, we can certainly go beyond that. How can this be adjusted? When setting up the campaign, even if we add 101 or 300 emails, it resets back to 100.

You can often simply re-update the connection by simply sending out a new test email within the "my configurations'' settings of your email.

Concerning the limit, this relates to the no. of new contacts that will be enrolled in that campaign. When this setting is set at 100, it might send out a multitude of it (200,300.400.500) since this depends on your email sequence, the no. of...

1. If the email bounces, it means that in most 95% cases, the email address is not working. Therefore, after a bounce appears, the record is automatically delisted from your campaign. No need to do any other steps👌
