Great software

I used this for emailing and have had great results.

Pros: Tons of features, including images with variable text
Works out of the box haven't had any bugs yet
Email rotation
Much More

Cons
The GUI looks like you're in windows 95 vs something like instantly and sendnow the first dashboard page is a search page for more contacts when it should be an overview of campaigns and stats. Team needs to look at instantly or sendnow

Limited features and no support

Campaign planners are not very advanced. No way to restart a finished campaign (Don't know why it finished in the first place).
Couldn't find any place to submit a support ticket and get help.

Reply tracking issue

I really enjoy using sales.rocks. I was able to secure a few meetings after utilizing it. However, there are certain deficiencies that need to be taken into consideration, specifically with open tracking. I received some responses to my campaign, but sales.rocks only recorded one response in the campaign statistics. As a result, the leads who had replied to my email, received my follow-up message again, which is not ideal. I sincerely hope that they improve this feature.

It's awesome to hear that Sales.Rocks started already paying off for you. It shouldn't happen that the response is ignored. May I ask you what email provider you are using?

Moreover, the reading of replies takes place every 15 minutes, whereas the reading of opens/clicks is updated every 2 to 4 hours. Keep that in mind when going through the daily statistics.

Great tool!

I'm rushing a bit to submit this review, so anyone on the fence don't miss this deal:

We are yet to start fully using SalesRocks, as we need to warm up our new domain and email accounts - which SalesRocks does for you, by the way.

But so far, everything is great!

SalesRocks seems to be exactly what we need as we are starting on our B2B prospecting and cold emailing journey.

The fist I did was to check the data in their database. Seems very promising! Their deep filtering options also makes prospecting far quicker and less manual.

I am also grateful for all their resources on their website and youtube - extremely helpful for someone like us who are just starting out in this field. In less than a day, I feel like an expert! They answered all my questions on how to best set up our system for optimal results - all the way from prospecting via email setup to campaigns to our CRM - to close the deal.

Finally, the entire tool seems to be built with lots of care and attention to detail, giving you assurance about the capabilities as well as their future.

Their roadmap looks very promising as well.

I wish SalesRocks all the best with their tool!
