I just waited a week to hear back from support because I couldn't find any leads outside Europe - turns out that after advertising the product as having an extensive database of Canadian and American leads, they decided to rugpull their customers by making the product completely useless to anyone who lives outside Europe. Easily one of the worst deals I ever bought, would never recommend.
