We need help from AppSumo here. The platform has stopped working, and all projects have been giving a 500 error for more than 10 days.
Should we activate Plus member protection?
I second this I also have been having the same issue the app us completely unusable and I have had no response from the support team.

Same for me too. After login, I cannot access the blog generator. Nor change the settings within it.
