Nice Product but since month still not feature complete
Hi,
we used Satellitor for nearly one year. But some promised Features are still not there. Waiting for them now over 8 months. Without the features, the Blog articles have too much false information in it.
For now, I wouldn't buy it again.

Unresponsive Support & Non-Functioning Software – Do Not Buy
I strongly advise against purchasing Satellitor. My experience with this software has been a complete nightmare, from non-functional features to horrendous customer support.
Non-Existent Customer Support
I reached out to Satellitor’s support team at both contact@satellitor.com and support@satellitor.com at least four or five times over the course of several months, before given the hello@satellitor.com address by AppSumo support. Not a single response. The only way I finally got a reply was by escalating the issue through AppSumo. Even then, Paul from Satellitor took at least a week each time to respond.
Unresolved Issues & False Fixes
The software was supposed to auto-generate and auto-publish blogs. It didn’t.
I had articles stuck in draft status since December, with no way to access or delete them.
Login issues were constant "500 Internal Server Error", and when I could log in, the platform was painfully slow and barely functional.
New articles weren’t being created or published as promised.
Paul claimed to have fixed the issue, but the same problems persisted. Instead of offering real solutions, he repeatedly told me to "delete drafts"—a function that does not exist in the software. Even after I explicitly told him this, he still repeated the same useless advice.
Wasted Time & Frustration
Dealing with Satellitor’s so-called support was beyond frustrating. Each response took a week, only to be another non-solution. I spent months going back and forth with no resolution. Ultimately, I had to demand a full refund because the software simply does not work as advertised.
Final Verdict
Avoid Satellitor at all costs. If you run into issues (which you will), don’t expect timely support—if you get any at all. This software appears abandoned, and based on my experience, it should not be sold on AppSumo or anywhere else.

Product Has been abandoned, doesn't do what it says it'll do
Liked: When it worked, was a great tool. Would do what it says: Compile a basic persona, find keywords, generated a blog post, autopost to connected WP account.
Dislike: Product has been abandoned, customer support doesn't answer. Main features don't work any longer. Product no longer auto posts, auto generates, and can only be used to very slowly generate an article. Articles are 2000+ words long and unable to be edited for length. Constantly met with a 500 Server error.
MEGA DISLIKE: Founder is constantly pushing new products, abandoning this. Reminds me a lot of my dad. Fails with one family, moves onto the next.

Lack of Professionalism and Unkept Promises
I want to express my deep disappointment with the Satellitor app. For over two months now, I have encountered a major issue with the blog posts feature, which simply no longer works. I have contacted support multiple times, asking them to resolve the problem, but nothing has been done.
At first, they assured me they would take care of the issue quickly. However, after weeks of empty promises and no concrete actions, there has been no improvement whatsoever. To make matters worse, they are now completely ignoring my messages! This attitude is extremely frustrating and shows a clear lack of professionalism.
It's unacceptable for a company not to honor its commitments to paying customers, especially when dealing with a broken product. Unfortunately, I can no longer request a refund, leaving me stuck with a malfunctioning app. Therefore, I strongly advise against investing in this application. Not only are you likely to be disappointed, but you will also lose your money with no support whatsoever.
In summary: nonexistent customer service, a product that doesn’t work as advertised, and a company that doesn’t honor its promises. Stay away from this app!
