I don't know where to start... very buggy software, very poor user interface and even worse user experience!
It was a pain to get it to work. Then for some reason it stopped working. Contacted company many many times. At first hey responded with non-working tricks, then stopped responding to my message.
Requested refund from Appsumo, they said after 60 days we can only issue credit, which doesn't make sense, because they are selling a bogus software that doesn't work, I should be entitled to choose credit or money back. Still waiting on them to decide. If a refund is not granted, I will take this to the State attorney of their State. It's fraud to sell something that doesn't work, then force people to buy another software, that may not work either. This is not my first product with mediocre quality from Appsumo... too unfortunate!
