It identifies the speaker’s emotional tone (e.g., “positive and curious”), highlights the key themes they talked about, and even suggests next steps for follow‑up. These suggestions feel practical and grounded in the actual content of the transcript.

I also appreciate that Sayify states its GDPR compliance on its own website. In my own survey, adding a consent step for participants was easy, which is essential for responsible and GDPR compliant data collection. I hope a DPA will also be easy to optain.

What excites me is the range of potential applications. Sayify clearly works well for customer feedback, but I also see strong use cases in counseling contexts, where low‑threshold voice contact can make a real difference. The structured analysis could help professionals quickly identify needs and tailor support. For research settings, Sayify could make it far easier to collect and analyze large volumes of spoken data in a systematic way.

So far, my experience has been consistently positive. Since it’s still relatively new, there are areas that will clearly improve over time, and I’d love to see even deeper integrations and more advanced automation features in future updates. The one thing that most impressed me is the founder. He has consistently responded to AppSumo users almost every time and with very quick responses. Even though there's a six-hour time difference, he's often replying at three or four o'clock at night for him. That shows dedication and passion for his product. For me, that speaks volumes. The fact that he's listening to feedback and engaging with people means a lot to me. I don't just invest in the product alone, I also look at the founder and if they have integrity.

Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and glad I went for the 2-code plan instead of the smaller tier. If the team continues developing at the current pace, I genuinely think this could become a very strong platform over the next couple of years.

I’m currently building a diary feature inside the personal online portal for my clients. Through an embedded Sayify widget, they can add entries either as text or by speaking, which makes the process very quick and easy for them. Sayify then automatically transcribes, evaluates, and structures these entries. Via API connections and automation, in my case with Boost.space / Make.com, I can further process the data and return patterns and signals to the client, so that their diary becomes a real source of insight and practical value.

These are the features I want to highlight because they are very helpful for my use case:

First, the voice‑first intake experience is extremely convenient. Instead of asking users to complete long traditional forms, you can share or embed a simple intake link/widget and people can respond by speaking or typing. This lowers friction dramatically, especially in contexts where users are tired, on mobile, or prefer not to type.

Second, Sayify offers automatic transcription and AI structuring. Voice responses are converted into text and stored as organized cases with useful details, instead of just being saved as raw audio files. This makes the information easier to search, review, analyze, and transfer into other systems.

Third, Sayify supports pseudonym‑friendly data collection. Instead of requiring real names or emails inside the Sayify form, you can work with internal IDs or codes and maintain the identity mapping in your own environment. In my online portal, clients are already logged in, so there is no need to ask again for their name or identification. This makes it easier to design privacy‑aware workflows.

Fourth, Sayify is a strong starting point for automation. Because each intake creates a clean, structured record, it is straightforward to plug those records into downstream processes, such as CRMs, databases, automation tools, or analytics pipelines, without a lot of extra preprocessing.

I picked up Sayify because I was looking for something more useful than a traditional form builder, and it genuinely surprised me.

The drag-and-drop question builder is simple and easy to use, but the part that stood out to me most was the conditional flow and routing. It lets you create a response journey that changes based on what someone answers, instead of sending every submission through the same static form. That makes it much easier to send the right response to the right next step.
I also really like that Sayify is built around richer responses, especially voice and video. You can also collect files, screen recordings, and structured answers, which makes the whole intake or feedback process much more complete. The AI features and extraction fields can pull out key details from a response and help route data to different destinations based on the extracted values.
The templates are another nice touch. I especially liked the welcome, thank-you, and intake page templates because they make it easier to get started quickly without having to build everything from scratch.
The support has also been very fast and helpful, which gave me more confidence in the product and the team behind it.
I can see this being useful for lead qualification, support requests, client intake, onboarding, product feedback, and any process where a response should not just sit inside a spreadsheet.
Since Sayify has just launched, I’m sure more integrations and improvements will come over time. But the foundation is already very strong, the direction is clear, and the product already feels practical.
If you want more than a form builder and need a better way to collect rich responses and turn them into action, Sayify is definitely worth checking out!
