Sayify: A Surprisingly Powerful Tool for Voice‑Based Insights
My early experience with Sayify has been genuinely impressive. I started by creating a small survey to test the platform, and within minutes I had a fully functional voice‑based questionnaire ready to share. The setup process was intuitive — Sayify guided me step by step, offered clean layout templates, and required only minimal customization to match exactly what I needed.
The real value, however, becomes clear when the responses come in. The transcription quality has been excellent so far — as far as I can tell, completely error‑free. Also really valuable is the AI Insights Summary, which delivers a focused, structured analysis of each voice message. It identifies the speaker’s emotional tone (e.g., “positive and curious”), highlights the key themes they talked about, and even suggests next steps for follow‑up. These suggestions feel practical and grounded in the actual content of the transcript.
I also appreciate that Sayify states its GDPR compliance on its own website. In my own survey, adding a consent step for participants was easy, which is essential for responsible and GDPR compliant data collection. I hope a DPA will also be easy to optain.
What excites me is the range of potential applications. Sayify clearly works well for customer feedback, but I also see strong use cases in counseling contexts, where low‑threshold voice contact can make a real difference. The structured analysis could help professionals quickly identify needs and tailor support. For research settings, Sayify could make it far easier to collect and analyze large volumes of spoken data in a systematic way.
So far, my experience has been consistently positive. The combination of easy survey creation, high‑quality transcription, and genuinely useful AI‑driven insights makes Sayify a tool I’m excited to explore further. Next, I’ll be testing integrations with other platforms — and I’m optimistic about what’s possible.

Hi gwittke, Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. I really appreciate you taking the time to test Sayify and share such detailed feedback.
I’m glad the voice survey setup, transcription, and AI insights are already working well for you. Your use cases around customer feedback, counseling, and research are very encouraging, and they reflect exactly where we want Sayify to go.
One of the best products on AppSumo right now by a mile - 10/10
I picked up the 2-code Pro plan for Sayify because I wanted something more advanced than a typical form builder, and honestly, this has been one of the most interesting AppSumo purchases I’ve made in a while.
At first glance, people may assume it’s just another Typeform or survey-style tool, but once you start using it properly, you realise it’s much closer to a smart intake and workflow platform than a standard form builder. The combination of voice, video, text, file uploads, AI extraction, and automated routing gives it a very modern feel. (AppSumo)
What impressed me most is that it feels built for real-world communication rather than just collecting boring static responses. Being able to collect voice notes, video replies, screen recordings, files, and structured answers in one flow is genuinely useful. For client onboarding, lead qualification, student applications, support tickets, feedback collection, and even educational projects, it opens up possibilities that normal forms simply cannot match. (AppSumo)
The AI features are also surprisingly practical rather than gimmicky. The transcription works well, and I really like the AI extraction and routing system. Instead of manually reading every response, Sayify can identify sentiment, urgency, important details, and route submissions automatically. That alone can save a huge amount of admin time if you deal with lots of enquiries. (AppSumo)
I also think the developers deserve credit for understanding modern workflows. The integrations with Slack, webhooks, Google Sheets, APIs, and automation platforms like Zapier and Make show they’re thinking beyond simple forms. (AppSumo)
The white-label and branding features were another reason I went with the 2-code plan. Being able to use custom branding and separate workspaces makes it feel much more professional for agencies, consultants, educators, or businesses managing multiple projects. (AppSumo)
What I personally like most is the direction of the product. You can tell this is not a “quick cash-grab” AppSumo launch. The foundation already feels solid, but more importantly, the team seems genuinely engaged and actively improving the platform. Support has also been responsive so far, which matters a lot with early-stage software. (AppSumo)
Of course, no platform is perfect. Since it’s still relatively new, there are areas that will clearly improve over time, and I’d love to see even deeper integrations and more advanced automation features in future updates. But the important thing is that the core product already feels genuinely useful today.
I’ve bought a lot of AppSumo deals over the years, and most tools end up feeling like slight variations of things that already exist. Sayify actually feels different. It sits somewhere between Typeform, VideoAsk, intake automation, lightweight CRM workflows, and AI-powered response analysis — which is quite an interesting category to be in. (AppSumo)
The one thing that most impressed me is the founder. He has consistently responded to AppSumo users almost every time and with very quick responses. Even though there's a six-hour time difference, he's often replying at three or four o'clock at night for him. That shows dedication and passion for his product. For me, that speaks volumes. The fact that he's listening to feedback and engaging with people means a lot to me. I don't just invest in the product alone, I also look at the founder and if they have integrity.
Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and glad I went for the 2-code plan instead of the smaller tier. If the team continues developing at the current pace, I genuinely think this could become a very strong platform over the next couple of years.

Hi Sye, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such an incredibly thoughtful and detailed review.
Honestly, feedback like this means a lot to us, especially during these very early launch days. You understood the vision behind Sayify exactly the way we hoped people eventually would - not just as a form tool, but as a richer intake, workflow, and response automation platform designed...
Sayify as the missing piece for my Client Portal Diary
I’m currently building a diary feature inside the personal online portal for my clients. Through an embedded Sayify widget, they can add entries either as text or by speaking, which makes the process very quick and easy for them. Sayify then automatically transcribes, evaluates, and structures these entries. Via API connections and automation, in my case with Boost.space / Make.com, I can further process the data and return patterns and signals to the client, so that their diary becomes a real source of insight and practical value.
These are the features I want to highlight because they are very helpful for my use case:
First, the voice‑first intake experience is extremely convenient. Instead of asking users to complete long traditional forms, you can share or embed a simple intake link/widget and people can respond by speaking or typing. This lowers friction dramatically, especially in contexts where users are tired, on mobile, or prefer not to type.
Second, Sayify offers automatic transcription and AI structuring. Voice responses are converted into text and stored as organized cases with useful details, instead of just being saved as raw audio files. This makes the information easier to search, review, analyze, and transfer into other systems.
Third, Sayify supports pseudonym‑friendly data collection. Instead of requiring real names or emails inside the Sayify form, you can work with internal IDs or codes and maintain the identity mapping in your own environment. In my online portal, clients are already logged in, so there is no need to ask again for their name or identification. This makes it easier to design privacy‑aware workflows.
Fourth, Sayify is a strong starting point for automation. Because each intake creates a clean, structured record, it is straightforward to plug those records into downstream processes, such as CRMs, databases, automation tools, or analytics pipelines, without a lot of extra preprocessing.

Hi Fatiguefunk, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and detailed review.
Your diary and client portal use case is honestly one of the most interesting examples we’ve seen so far, and it aligns very closely with the vision behind Sayify. We strongly believe many valuable insights are often lost because traditional forms create too much friction and unstructured...
I picked up Sayify because I was looking for something more useful than a traditional form builder, and it genuinely surprised me. At first glance, it may look like a form tool, but once you start using it, it feels much closer to a full workflow platform. You can collect responses, understand what people are saying, route them properly, follow up, and actually close the loop. The drag-and-drop question builder is simple and easy to use, but the part that stood out to me most was the conditional flow and routing. It lets you create a response journey that changes based on what someone answers, instead of sending every submission through the same static form. That makes it much easier to send the right response to the right next step. I also really like that Sayify is built around richer responses, especially voice and video. You can also collect files, screen recordings, and structured answers, which makes the whole intake or feedback process much more complete. The AI features and extraction fields can pull out key details from a response and help route data to different destinations based on the extracted values. The templates are another nice touch. I especially liked the welcome, thank-you, and intake page templates because they make it easier to get started quickly without having to build everything from scratch. The support has also been very fast and helpful, which gave me more confidence in the product and the team behind it. I can see this being useful for lead qualification, support requests, client intake, onboarding, product feedback, and any process where a response should not just sit inside a spreadsheet. Since Sayify has just launched, I’m sure more integrations and improvements will come over time. But the foundation is already very strong, the direction is clear, and the product already feels practical. If you want more than a form builder and need a better way to collect rich responses and turn them into action, Sayify is definitely worth checking out!
