Sorry for so many questions, but I just want to clarify, if I messaged somebody on linkedin before I started using your product, will you be able to detect that and exclude that person?

May 1, 2026A: Unfortunately, sbl.so can only track and exclude prospects that have been contacted through our platform. If you messaged someone on LinkedIn manually before installing sbl.so, we have no visibility into that history and cannot automatically exclude them.
The best workaround right now is to import your existing connections as a list and tag or exclude them manually before launching your campaign. It takes a little setup upfront but ensures no one gets double messaged.
P.S We're adding a DO NOT CONTACT csv feature too. So you can upload a list of people you dont want to reach - and it wont!
