I looked at a lot of LinkedIn outreach tools before picking this one up, and SBL stood out because of the AI conversation handling. Most tools just send messages and stop there, but this one actually replies to leads, handles objections and moves them toward booking a call. That alone is worth it. The setup is pretty smooth too, you describe your ICP, import leads, build your sequence and you're good to go. The fact that you can train the AI on your own product and tone and even simulate replies before launching gives you a lot of control over how it sounds.
Grabbed Tier 2 and the value is solid. 40 LinkedIn accounts, multiple workspaces, 30k credits, and credits only get used on connection requests so everything the AI does after that is basically free. The MCP integration with Claude and ChatGPT is a nice bonus too. My first campaign is set up and going live this week, pretty excited to see how the AI performs with real conversations. For a lifetime deal at this price, this feels like a no brainer.

I had high hopes when I took up Tier 2. Initially, I was excited. I was able to book a call immediately and get some questions answered, which encouraged me to launch a campaign. I selected leads via Sbl, but when I received the list 48 hours later, the contacts were misaligned and failed to meet my expectations.

I raised this issue in the Slack community and did receive an immediate response from the co-founder, who asked me to share my email. I sent it via direct message straight away, but after that, I received no further follow-up.

I had also emailed support separately and am still waiting for a reply to an earlier question. Overall, I find the support frustratingly inconsistent, initial responsiveness followed by silence.

For now, I may revert to Heyreach, which I already own and works reliably.

Picked this up ahead of a campaign I'm launching in the coming days, so this is a first-impressions review rather than a results review. I'll come back and update once the campaign runs and the data is in.

Here's why I bought it. I needed something that could handle focused DMs and comments on LinkedIn in my own 'voice' (as in register), not the bland AI sludge that makes every reply read like it was written by the same intern. From what I've seen of sbl.so, that's exactly what it does. The voice training looks serious rather than cosmetic, and the response logic appears to actually think about context rather than pattern-match to a template.

The other thing that sold me, and frankly the thing that often decides whether a tool earns a place in my stack, is support. The team behind sbl.so is engaged in a way you rarely see at this price point. Responsive, useful, and clearly invested in making the product land for the user. You can have the most elegant product on the market and watch it die because nobody answers the inbox. That problem does not exist here.

So: strong product on paper, support that already inspires confidence, and a clear fit for what I was looking for. I'll report back on performance once the campaign data tells me something real. On every signal I can read before going live, this is the right tool.

I've tried many Linkedin apps in the past, this is the only one that works well, I generated 4 good appointments in the first 7 days.

I am just completing setting up my first campaign, so I have no actual results to report yet. That said, it is the easiest software I have used. Every action is clearly laid out, which shows the high level of thought that went into its design. Rarely can I say that I actually 'enjoy' using a new software, but this one hits the mark 100%!
