Q: Credit Expiration - More details please
On Aprl /2026 you guys posted the following:
2. credit expiry: credits only expire if your account goes completely inactive. as long as you're logging in and running campaigns, your balance rolls forward - no expiry, no reset. the rule exists to keep the platform sustainable and reward active users.
Can you explain in more depth the expiration mechanism? What does it mean to go completely inactive? How much time does the account has to be inactive in order for you guys to make the credits expire?

May 31, 2026A: Great question, happy to give you the full breakdown!
"Completely inactive" means no outreach activity at all through the platform. Not logging in, not running campaigns, no connection requests going out, no messages being sent. Zero activity across the board.
Here is how the phase windows work per tier:
- Tier 1: credits expire after 6 months of complete inactivity
- Tier 2: credits expire after 14 months of complete inactivity
- Tier 3: credits expire after 32 months of complete inactivity
If even a single outreach action happens before that window closes, your credits carry forward automatically and the clock resets. So as long as you have at least one campaign running and outreach going out, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
The expiry only ever kicks in if your account sits completely dormant for the full duration of your tier's phase window with zero outreach happening.
