Q: Doesn't feel like an LTD

Hi there,

I am thinking of upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3 or refund it. Honestly.
i run into several issues.

1. The templates are very generiek and it cost lots of time to adjust them in the native language.
2. The whatsapp is not included in the deal, and there is no add-on upgrade for Appsumo users. Only the option to go with a high subscription plan. No simple whatsapp addon.
3. the platform misses simple features like delete a campaign, or get the proper information about the targetted audience.
4. it is very unclear what we do and don't get in this deal now and in the future.

A: Hey, really appreciate the honest feedback and happy to address each point properly.
On the templates, there are no fixed templates inside sbl.so. Every time you create a campaign, the system generates unique messaging based on your brand, offer, and ICP. What you see are AI-generated recommendations, not rigid templates. You can edit and adjust them freely to match your tone and language including your native language.
On WhatsApp, you are right that it is not included in the AppSumo LTD and we have been transparent about that. WhatsApp runs on a separate infrastructure with its own costs. We understand that is not the answer everyone wants but we cannot include everything in a one-time deal and keep the platform sustainable for everyone.
On missing features like deleting campaigns, that is fair and it is on our roadmap. We are actively adding quality of life improvements and this is one of them.
On clarity around what is included now and in the future, that is the most valid point and something we are working on communicating better. The LTD covers the full LinkedIn platform, all core features, and every new LinkedIn feature we ship going forward. Add-ons like WhatsApp, additional workspaces, and SDR profiles are separate.
