Q: Excitment to disappointment real fast!

Was about to grab a T3—the tool looks solid. But the way you’re structuring this LTD raise big concerns.

Limiting access to LinkedIn while locking WhatsApp and future integrations like Cold Email behind paywalls shutsdown the chance buyers have to actually work with the ecosystem you’re building.

You’re already monetizing with paid add-ons once the one-time credits are gone, which is fair for sustainability. But also restricting core features feels like double monetization—why?

It signals a lack of understanding of the LTD community—people invest early expecting an evolving product with access to ALL its future features/integrations.

If this is the approach now, can’t imagine what’s next.

Such a high risk of future disappointment, as the tool we buy today will never allow us to reach its full potential unless we pay for unlocks.

A: Thank you for taking the time to share this, and genuinely, we're glad the tool looked solid to you. That part means a lot.

Let me be straightforward on each point.

The AppSumo launch was built specifically around our LinkedIn offering, and that's what the LTD covers. WhatsApp and future integrations like Cold Email are separate products that run on their own infrastructure and cost. Every SaaS business, including the ones you love, sells upgrades. That's not double monetization, that's just how sustainable products are built.

On legitimacy, AppSumo doesn't run SELECT launches for tools they're not confident in. They reviewed sbl.so for months before featuring it in their exclusive tier. Thousands of brands are already using it. That track record speaks louder than anything I can say here. 😊

On credits, every tier comes with a generous bundle included and top-ups are available at a fixed rate with no subscription required. At $0.006 per LinkedIn reach-out, it's honestly one of the lowest cost-per-prospect numbers in the market. 🤝

And here's the honest truth. The current version of sbl.so already delivers enough value that when you use it at full potential, upgrading feels like an obvious next step, not a forced one.

We're committed to delivering real results and we stand behind that. If you ever want to explore it properly, we're here. ❤️

You're still missing the point. Without access to future integrations, this deal is broken, because the app will have more potential than we can access to. IT'S OK to not include one-time credits into new integrations such as WhatsApp, Email, or others, and make sumolings having to buy credits to make usage of those tools as an ecosystem (that you are). BLOCKING the integrations, it's really bad.
