Promising Features Undermined by Poor Support and Lead Quality Issues
I had high hopes when I took up Tier 2. Initially, I was excited. I was able to book a call immediately and get some questions answered, which encouraged me to launch a campaign. I selected leads via Sbl, but when I received the list 48 hours later, the contacts were misaligned and failed to meet my expectations.
I raised this issue in the Slack community and did receive an immediate response from the co-founder, who asked me to share my email. I sent it via direct message straight away, but after that, I received no further follow-up.
I had also emailed support separately and am still waiting for a reply to an earlier question. Overall, I find the support frustratingly inconsistent, initial responsiveness followed by silence.
For now, I may revert to Heyreach, which I already own and works reliably.
