The implementation of the tool takes less than 5 minutes, you can even use it without adding salaries and just set up an average salary. In order to do this, they have 3 options: set up an average salary, upload the salaries of their employees via CSV or via automatic connection with their HR system (Gusto, Zenefits, Workday, Factorial, Personio etc.).
