Q: Agency + sender accounts + whitelable
Hi,
Do you have a clear timeline for the agency and white-label features?
Also, for Tier 4, the plan includes 4 senders. Is that 4 senders per client account under an agency setup, or 4 senders total?
We need agency and/or white-label functionality before we can properly start using ScaliQ for our business. From what I can see, white-label is not currently on the roadmap, and Team Access is listed as “Next up.” I assume Team Access is connected to the agency setup, and it is also a necessary feature for us.
We really like ScaliQ so far, but these points are deal breakers for us if they are not addressed soon.
Could you please clarify the expected timeline and how the sender limits will work for agency accounts?

May 1, 2026A: Hey, first, happy you’re enjoying the software and seeing the potential to scale with it. Glad to have you onboard and part of the ScaliQ journey.
Let me clarify everything. For Tier 4, it’s 4 sender accounts total per license, not per client. You can distribute them however you want across campaigns or clients, but it’s not 4 per client under an agency setup.
Regarding agency, team access, and white label:
Right now our top priority is still core features. We’re focused on making the agent as strong and reliable as possible first. The goal is to ship these during May, so we can then move into full agency and white-label capabilities.
Team access is next and will come first, as it’s the foundation for agency usage. White label is planned right after that. If everything goes as expected, full white label should be available in June.
To give you more context on white label:
It’s included in Tier 3 and Tier 4 and is designed for agencies that want to run ScaliQ under their own brand and potentially resell it.
On your side, you’ll be able to:
• Use your own domain, logo, and brand colors
• Create and manage client accounts
• Sell it as SaaS or bundle it as a service (lead gen, outreach, appointment setting, etc.)
We handle all the infrastructure, so there’s nothing technical to manage on your end. I understand these features are critical for your use case, and they are definitely coming. The focus right now is to make the core product extremely solid first so that when white label is fully released, it actually delivers strong value for you and your clients.
Hope it helps !
