I love the product, didn't use too much, but once I touch the support, I can guarantee you will be like in first class. Product is awesome as it is, not much updates, they are so much and so frequently that I can't even read, every single day:)
It has very low resolution screen recording. The app does not work perfectly in mac. Also It has watermark. There is no option to remove the water mark.

the watermark is present in the free version only. ScreenRun can generate videos up to 4K video resolution. Can you be specific about what does not work on Mac?
We already have 2 video editing software, but we love ScreenRun for its speed and ease-of-use. ScreenRun is specially suited for tutorials, trainings, and demo videos. But can also be used for other purposes if you use your imagination. ;)
The zoom animations are very fluid and buttery smooth! And there are plenty of customization options to choose from. The dashboard and UI/UX are clean and straightforward, making ScreenRun suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
I recorded sessions on the web app and the download video seems to loop and never finish with the final output. Also the desktop version doesn't have a mic audio which is a bummer. It was good when playing around, but with execution, I have to say it does not work at all...

Thought it worked, but it doesn't.
