Q: Previous Deal Downgraded?

Hi, I purchased Screpy in 2022, back when the LTD allowed for 10 profiles. But now my account has been downgraded to only 7. Please help! Need my limits fixed/set back to my Plus Exclusive deal that I'd purchased.

Hello, I can't access anymore my account. Where is the customer support?
I sent an email earlier regarding my account but haven't received a response yet. I currently have a Screpy Pro account (Plan 1) and would like to upgrade to Screpy Plus Exclusive (Plan 3). So it appears that it's now available and I am hoping our Appsumo licenses would allow us to access this so we can create additional articles and reports (at our own expense, via the API key). is the keyword research not included in this deal? - when i click on it that part it mentions for me to upgrade to max plan - which is $45 per month -- that is list monthly pricing - we just started using the tool, looks decent so far, but this part has me a bit frustrated. can you let us know the details of this part?
