I haven’t logged into the site for a while, and I did today and noticed I can’t see my LTD. It’s like it’s a new account. Why is that? Could you please fix this issue for me, thanks.

I purchased Screpy in a 'Plus Exclusive Sale' on AppSumo in May 2024, so I am unable to write a review on this page.
