I have been testing Screpy for the past couple of weeks, and overall it looks good. But the one thing that really bugs me is that the rank tracking only tracks positions 1 - 10 and no further. I have reported it via your AI chat bot which claimed that it tracks the top 10 pages, but it is not resolved. It is beginning to look like this is intentional since all my 9 projects gave the same result. How many positions does the rank tracker actually track?
I REALLY want to like Screpy. It has a lot of good features that I need. Unfortunately my experience with those features seems to be stuck or hangs up. Two examples come to mind - when I add a website, it gets hung up on trying to trying to add the website to my account. It just sits there and nothing happens - for days... On the RANK TRACKER, i add keywords and hit re-analyze the ranking. It will spin and hangs up - for days. Even when when the AI chat bot re-triggers it. This happened on all 9 websites that I have on the account. i noticed that the service has been around for years, and it has so many positive reviews, so it can't be that bad. Am I the only one having these issues?
