SquarepegQ: Pre-purchase questions
Hey this deal looks interesting just a few questions. First, it seems like you guys really only become active when there's a launch - the support questions in appsumo seem to all go months before getting replies. Also, the vast majority of your bad reviews are due to lack of support. Has this been resolved in any way?
Next, the maps tracker - is this included in any of the plans?
Are there any other elements that are available on your website plans that are not available in the appsumo plans?
Where do you get your data? Is the keyword volume and all that the normal Google data?
Also, what's the difference between the normal offer and the "select" offer other than the prices being higher on the AS select page? It seems like the same things are included.

Regarding support, you're right that our response times haven't always been where we wanted them to be. Over the past few months, we've been focused on rebuilding Screpy from the ground up for the v6 release, which unfortunately affected our activity on AppSumo. With the launch of v6, we're back to actively supporting our users and improving our support process. Providing faster and more consistent support is one of our priorities going forward.
As for Map Tracker, it's one of our newest features and is currently available only to Max and Ultra plans as part of its public beta. We'd like to make it available to Pro users with lower usage limits if possible, but we're still monitoring usage during the beta period, so we can't guarantee that at this time.
The same applies to several other new features introduced with Screpy v6. They're currently being tested on the higher plans first, and we'll evaluate bringing them to Pro as the platform matures.
Our keyword data and SEO metrics come from trusted third-party data providers, while integrations such as Google Search Console, PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, and keyword rankings are powered by their respective data sources.
Regarding the AppSumo Plus offer, the necessary arrangements regarding the AppSumo Plus plan will be completed as soon as possible.
