termsQ: Screpy abandoned? NO SUPPORT
Hi,
I've submitted numerous chat support requests. The AI bot just loops to messages:
- "Yes, you are speaking directly with a real support team member"
- "Thanks for asking! I’m here as part of the Screpy support team, so you can just call me Screpy Support."
You pay for the tool, it doesn't work and there isn't any support to assist other than a bot that loops to messages similar to >how can I help >do XYZ for your problem >I've escalated your ticket >how can I help
My keywords aren't being tracked - Auto Analyze is ON
Please support and fix.
