Q: Hey Guys, I came online yesterday looking to see if Appsumo was carrying a transcription service at the moment and I found Scribbbe.
I'm currently evaluating Scribbbe to see if I'll keep the 3 codes that I've bought.
I understand that is very early days for Scribbbe but I don't mind. For the short term, I'm actually pretty happy with the transcription service inside MS Word.
Can you answer these three questions for me so I can get a better understanding of the trajectory of your service?
1. How are you training your AI to recognize me, if I currently can not correct the transcription on your platform? Don't you need my corrections to close the feedback loop?
2. Can you briefly explain why your service takes significantly longer than the competition? Is this just server capacity? In which case no problem, you'll grow out of it.
3. What does your development cycle looks like? How much capacity do you have to add functionality to the service?
I'm not an expert in these AI tools, but I can imagine that the only reason other platforms offer free tiers, is that free users help train the algorithm. If that's the case, I need to know that everytime I use Scribbbe the service will grow a little better.

May 15, 2024A: Hey,
First of all, thank you for the message!
We would be happy if you write a review, it will help us.
1. How do you train your AI to recognize me :
--> Scribbbe automatically balance between lots of algorithmic models and choose the right one based on scores (I can't reveal too much of our secret sauce haha!).
--> We are developing features such as "custom dictionary" to train and improve our AI yourself.
--> Yes Scribbbe will improve over time
2. Longer than the competition?
--> Being present on Appsumo puts our servers to the test, it should be improved over time.
3. Development cycle :
--> We have a roadmap (https://trello.com/b/2AsWXD5Y/roadmap-scribbbe) where we store all the requests, according to the vote and our vision we start to develop new features. We are quite fast, but we also like to take our time, to keep stability and consider options.
Thanks for your message and joining the journey.
