the 3 taco score is really putting me off. I would honestly love to support your product and see it do well here on AppSumo but I have a few questions before I purchase which I think will also help other people decide:

1. What are the differences between Otter.ai and your product? Do you hold any advantages? They currently allow 10 free hours a month which make your limits seem very, very small, are you planning to increase them? I know you say they are big limits, but people are afraid of running out, even though they wont so I dont see any harm in literally doubling the limits to give them peace of mind and most importantly giving unlimited for stacking 5 codes.

2. How do you compare to JustRecord on ios? I bought it for 5 euro for unlimited transcriptions and it gets about 85%+ correct. Why should I ditch that and get your product?

3. Will you be adding Pabbly Connect integrations? It's a zapier alternative that most people on AppSumo use. Sumolings LOVE when a new product works with their other purchases. For example, Linguix, a grammer editor that has done extremely well here on AppSumo. This seems like an extremely natural fit for your product. Will you be intrgrating with it? They also have a "Personal Dictionary" element to their product, it would be great if we could import it and use it natively in your editor.

4. When will you be releasing an ios and android app? this is obviously something extremely important but I don't see advertised. A transcription product will only be successful if people know they can truly use their phone like a microphone without the hassle of going through a browser and logging in etc.

5. Have you decided if you will let credits roll over month to month? This would be a massive incentive for a lot of Sumolings because they might have lots of transcriptions one month like a conference or something but then very little for the following month of two.

6. All the issues the product was having that people complained about, have they been fixed? You mentioned that it was because of a load on the server which scares people off. They don't want to invest in a product that the server is that easily stressed. What are the plans to address this issue? Will you be swapping to Google Cloud or AWS or anything?

7. You mentioned a 2-hour bonus to people who purchased as a thank you. Is that a one time allowance or a 2-hour per month bonus? I would suggest you do an additional bonus for people who leave a positive honest review, just look at Vadootv launch yesterday, they got over 200 5 taco reviews in a day because they doubled everyones limits if they purchased and left a positive review.

I do really hope your product succeeds and my comments come from a place for you to show everyone how amazing your product is and will be, rather than from a negative place.
