Q: I am thinking of using Scribbbe to automatically transcribe phone calls (yes, it's legal to record them here).
Currently, call recordings are emailed to us (Gmail) at the end of the call. I'd like to automatically get those call recordings into Scribbbe and have the transcript automatically output as a Google doc for later reference if necessary (just like the call recordings are only accessed for quality assurance, training or dispute resolution). Being able to link to a gDoc in the customer notes would be a huge bonus.
We have a few regular speakers (our telesales people) and the other party on the call is almost always different (usually only a few calls required) so, can it learn to recognise our staff and automatically name them?
Can it handle different (English language) accents within the same recording?
We wouldn't need (or probably want) the recordings or transcripts to be stored outside of our business.
