I uploaded a 10 min MP4 to Scribbe and Happy Scribe. Happy Scribe finished in about 15 mins after pressing the upload button. I got continuous feedback from their UI about progress and a green light when finished.

Scribbe on the other hand gives me a loading circle after pressing upload and that's it. No progress, no estimated time. After 1 hour still no change. I logged off and on again and accessing the transcription menu gives me no results but still a loading circle in the list. Almost as if transcription is out of service?
Any ideas what is going on?
