Can I give a minus 5-star review? The worst founder I have ever seen !
I'm not a fan of LTDs. Scrupp is the only tool I bought from AppSumo. Initially, I was able to use it, but after a few months, I tried multiple times and found that the app was broken.
The support team seems confused and doesn't understand what is happening with their own tool. They keep directing me to the wrong solution. After a few weeks, I became very frustrated. I spent so much time on Scrupp and was never able to make it work. When I suggested that they should improve the tool or leave the business, they suspended my account because I created multiple support tickets, and they are no longer interested in responding. It is natural that some LTD tools may not work. However, this situation feels fishy, especially since the founder keeps hiding from the public. He never even revealed himself while promoting his own tool.
Last year, I ended up spending too much on apps that didn't really deliver. It's really frustrating to see all those promises, like having an API and being able to use it, but then when the AppSumo campaign wraps up, I find that nothing works as expected.
They designed it in such a way that it's not user-friendly. Sure, the API exists, but you need this add-on to make it functional. Yes, there's a Chrome extension, but again, you need that add-on. If I had known all this upfront, I definitely wouldn't have invested.
I'm just feeling frustrated because I see this pattern in other apps too. They claim that their product is a fraction of the cost compared to competitors, but it turns out that the lifetime deal itself isn't usable. The most disappointing part is the constant promises of "coming soon," and when it finally arrives, it feels like the deal is worthless. It's not even about the money; it's more about the principle.

I bought Lifetime 5000 plan - with each month renewal. Now they changed the rules and canceled my plan. :(

Worst customer experience & support
I am adding my review after almost 10 months of using the product.
I am even a regular subscriber of their $39/mo add-on because they cleverly didn't add their best features to the LTD plan.
As a product and scraper - it's one of the best no doubt. So much potential!
Updates and innovation are dead slow.
But the customer support & the experience has been an absolute nightmare. Frequent bugs in the products which they haven't been able to fix yet.
They change their credit system every few weeks, and it's just confusing and totally misleading.
I have lost clients and money literally due to their errors & not be able to fix things on time.
Also, a terrible communicator in the chat, not be able to clearly explain what's going on.
