But here’s the rub: while the platform excels in its ability to create, it leaves you wishing for just one more spark of magic—enhanced auto-prompting. The current setup requires a bit of manual finesse to craft the peSeelabprompts, which can feel like a minor detour on an otherwise smooth journey. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s a feature that would elevate Seelab from exceptional to transcendent.

In the end, Seelab is more than a service—it’s an experience. It’s the kind of tool that makes you feel like a magician, wielding the power to bring your visions to life. Highly recommended for anyone who believes that creativity deserves both wonder and precision.

Seelab has become my #1 go-to for photo, and image creation, and editing. I currently use it everyday. The editing feature is quite impressive. One use is for simple editing of other AI generate images. I will upload an AI generate image from a different application, and edit it within Seelab. It also is more accurate with adding text into the photo than other programs I use. It allows to train your own image. I uploaded about 10-15 photos of myself. I then used it to generate photos of myself doing a business presentation on stage in a suite. I was never in a suit, and never did a presentation on stage, but you would never know it from seeing this image. The images are not perfect, as AI is still not perfect. It took 8 or more image generations before I found one that looked accurate enough that I could use. I then used the edit feature within Seelab to correct AI image oddities throughout the background. I am now using that image in a promotion for an online webnar presentation. At tier 4 I have enough credits to adjust my prompt, and generate new images as many times as I need, until I find that perfect one I want to use. Then I save it to one of my unlimited collections. I use Seelab for all thumbnails, and all email marketing campaign images. I will use an outside program to convert the png to webp when needed. Their are 75+ presets and, and tier4 has access to high end models like Imagine 4. I purchased tier 4 make use of the unlimited collections, get more custom trained models, and for access to pro-models. I like the UI. The developer has been active to releasing many updates. Service has been excellent the few times I have contacted them. The one and only con is that there are no free renewable credits for video. Video credits are an in-app purchase. However this is understandable. I would rather Seelab grow than go out of business from an ltd commitment that sinks the ship. Hopefully someday in the future we can use some of our image credits for videos once the cost of video creation comes down. Overall Seelab deserves a solid 5 tacos!

Dear Seelab Team,

First of all, I would like to say that I fully share the positive feedback regarding the user interface and overall usability. The range of editing options provided, including the upscaler, is truly excellent.
However, at the moment, Imagen 4 is the only Pro model. Unfortunately, the other models do not deliver the quality I need by comparison. This does not mean that all results are poor, but after upscaling and at 100% view, significant differences from the market-leading models become apparent. I verified this using identical prompts with the common top models.

With another provider, for example, my subscription includes a significantly broader selection of Pro models, often tiered by performance and credit consumption.

I understand that an LTD (lifetime deal) must be sustainable. However, if Imagen 4 remains the only Pro model, I personally see no added value in Plan 4.

Could you therefore please confirm whether additional Pro models are planned? I would be perfectly fine with these requiring more credits.

If this is not implemented within my refund period, I would unfortunately have to request a refund. My 25‑USD voucher would also be forfeited, which would be a pity.

I very much hope to stay with you. However, I will understandably not keep a Plan 4 that I cannot make full use of. I hope, for your sake and mine, that the number of Pro models will increase soon on fair terms.

ADDITION:

Now that Imagen 4 Pro has been added, I am raising my rating.

Magnify, the upscaler, performs well in areas without zooming in—in some cases, it ranks ahead of Topaz Gigapixel Redefine Creative. Magnify often removes small imperfections better and shows fewer artifacts in normal view.

However, when zooming in, color areas lose their homogeneity; at the pixel level, color differences, such as spots in the background, are easier to see. If this shortcoming did not occur when enlarging, I would see Magnify more often ahead of Topaz – with significantly less post-processing.

Since only one image can be scaled at a time, the process is not yet particularly smooth. If this is improved, there will be little need to fear the competition. I am therefore raising my rating to 3 for now, with a view to a possible 4 or 5 if further improvements follow.

I expect further positive developments, with the credit system also playing a role—especially sustainability. I am confident that Seelab will find a solution that is acceptable to everyone.

Seelab has been a really strong pickup for me. The platform feels polished and capable, and when you land a good result, it looks genuinely “ready to use” quality. It’s clear there’s a lot under the hood, and it feels like it’s aiming to be a serious creative workspace, not just a novelty generator.

What I like most is the range and quality you can get once you dial things in. It’s great for exploring different looks, refining a style, and producing images that feel consistent and professional. Overall, I’ve been impressed enough with what Seelab can do that I leveled up to Tier 4—I want to support what they’re building, and I’m genuinely looking forward to future updates.

My main REQUEST for the owners/creators in the next update: please add a dedicated REALISM option, and more ENGLISH TUTORIALS (especially covering the newer features). For realism, something along the lines of what tools like Topaz Bloom aim for—a more natural, true-to-life finish that reduces the slightly “AI-ish” vibe: less over-smooth/plastic texture, more believable skin and hair detail, better texture in fabric and surfaces, and cleaner fine details overall, ideally with simple controls like subtle/medium/strong. If you can nail that realism mode and pair it with clearer English walkthroughs, it would take Seelab to the next level.

Same-Looking Variations:

When I ask for multiple different concepts in one prompt, like "4 images illustrating the history of philosophy," it gives me four similar pictures instead of four totally different ones.

No Built-in Prompt Helper:

The tool doesn't help me improve my prompts automatically, so I have to figure it out myself or use ChatGPT to make better prompts.
