Selldone Reviews

I originally tried Selldone back in 2022 and refunded the LTD because it wasn't quite ready for my needs. Fast forward to now and I am amazed at the progress! Overall, it has almost everything I need.

Here are a few notes I think are important:

Order Management: You currently can't edit existing orders directly to add or remove products post-purchase. Adjusting customer orders requires a few roundabout workarounds.

Product Bundles: There is no native product bundle feature to combine multiple items into a single kit with individual product inventory tracking. If customers could create a bundle from certain products, get a bundle discount, and have a customized shopping experience, that would be great to have.

Backend UI: The dashboard can feel crowded given how much is packed into it. Take the time to explore the navigation—there are tons of powerful, hidden capabilities once you get familiar with the layout. So many cool things to find!

Selldone Genesis & Apps: Genesis makes front-end customization and store management smooth, and having dedicated mobile/desktop apps makes managing shop operations on the go seamless.

I didn't refund Selldone this time around. Selldone is a keeper! I think it is a solid platform with wonderful support and developers that will keep on bringing us great features. I look forward to using Selldone for many years!

★★★★★ Selldone: A Founding Team That Actually Cares About Its Customers!

Wow, what can I say? When you buy a product on AppSumo, you hope the founder and team truly believe in and support their product of course . With this team, I feel like they have their heart in the right place.

The Selldone software and their Genesis AI is quite a robust ecosystem , but what has impressed me most so far is the team behind it.Its easy to get stuck with new software and sometimes you need to reach out for help.
There are so many features, possibilities, and directions you can take with Selldone.

I’m particularly excited about the marketplace possibilities. I’m working on a few directory/marketplace ideas , and a store to sell my own digital creations as well.The fact that the platform has integrated e-commerce into all kinds of capabilities makes the possibilities even more interesting. Being able to create themed marketplaces , and we can launch and host people’s stores, projects, and brands is a very powerful tool in our toolkit.
But honestly, the thing that stands out most is the human support from the founding team - I’ve rarely seen this commitment and time spent to help new customers .
I can’t ask for much more than a little hand-holding when I’m learning something new like e-commerce software.
We all know the hardest part of anything is just getting started and knowing that there are real people who are willing to get on a video call, spend time with you, understand what you’re trying to accomplish, and help you get started is incredibly valuable.

How many founders on AppSumo actually get on a video call with you and talk to you about your project and goals ? -not too many. .
They don’t just tell you about their product—they want to understand what you’re trying to build. That really says something about the people behind this company.

I think the Selldone team deserves a lot of credit for bringing appsumo an established robust encommerce platform with a new AI that makes landing pages and store creation easy and they also have done for you landing pages and store and marketplace themes to get you started .
They are available and willing to spend time helping their customers understand what the product can do. That kind of support gives you a much better chance of actually succeeding with the software.its easy to get stuck and email support really only goes so far .
Im looking forward to more video tutorials on what’s possible and step-by-step “how-to” content, particularly around the new Genesis AI features and all of the ways they can be used, and the ways people are using and building with Selldone .

I’m especially excited about the marketplace concept, e-commerce capabilities, and the ability to launch and host other people’s stores and branding efforts.

Mark from Selldone support is mentioned a lot here, but I have to say that he is exceptional. I ran into a problem while activating Selldone and he was immediately there helping and supporting me.

Well, if support for a software product is so pro-active and supportive then I have great hopes for the product itself.

I wasn't able to use Selldone yet, but I am looking forward to it and in case I run into any challenges, I hope and trust that Mark or his colleagues will continue being so helpful.
