Alireza made time to connect with me regarding my initial review of the platform. We had a meeting and got a chance to really connect as fellow founders and entrepreneurs who take pride in our work. He not only had his team work on my situation with the platform's font capabilities but the Selldone team is also working to incorporate PirateShip into the platform! I appreciate Alireza for personally looking into this matter and his diligence in keeping me updated in the process of addressing what we discussed. I've really enjoyed building on this platform so far — it's given us a lot of flexibility to create a genuinely custom storefront experience, and overall the experience has been positive. A couple of obstacles I've run into that I'd love clarity on, in case there are existing solutions I've missed:

1. Font consistency across devices
I found the global typography setting for Google Fonts, but even when entered correctly, it doesn't consistently apply across the live page. More specifically: on desktop, my chosen font (or a custom font embedded via custom code) displays correctly, but on mobile, the same sections fall back to the platform's standard default font instead. Since brand consistency matters a lot for us, reliable font rendering across both desktop and mobile is important — is this a known limitation, or is there a recommended approach to get custom/Google fonts to persist across devices?

2. Disabling default cross-sell/category modules
I'd also like the ability to turn off the standard product cross-sell and "discover in collections" style sections that appear by default at the bottom of product pages, so I can build a custom related-products section in their place. Is there a toggle for this, or does it require custom code to hide?

Really appreciate any guidance here — these are the main things standing between where we are now and a fully polished, on-brand storefront.

Selldone was almost perfect for me, I excitedly bought Tier 3. I went through the setup and played around with it for awhile. I did run into some issues with some of the wording in the checkout section and I wanted the option to remove it, but after speaking with support I found out it wasn't possible at the time, but they release Genesis and said the checkout could be changed using Genesis and Claude. I didn't mess around with it because there was another issue that was a big one for me as a California business selling physical products, sales tax. They don't support sales tax calculations on a local level (City or zip code) only as far as the State level and that won't work for some States, including California. Unfortunately, I ended up refunding but I hope they will consider adding support for this.

This is probably one of the most amazing, and quite frankly, groundbreaking platforms gifted to us in the e-commerce world. The customer service is unparalleled, and the possibilities are endless. Mark From Selldone can be likened unto an ancient profit proclaiming the gospel of amazing things to come and the knowledge to back it up! He loves this platform and cares for those who have invested in it. Don't miss this one people. One day you might be looking back at this review, sulking that you could have and should have...but didn't. Even if you don't think you will use it. Gift it to someone who might.

I must admit that initially I had my doubts about the product. It was never about its features, but about its ease of use. I took a leap of faith and scheduled a call with the founder, Alireza. The call was an eyeopener, as I realized that it can accomplish much more than what I thought was possible. There is a learning curve, but Alireza is very helpful, documentation is good and live chat support is available. I am currently working on a project built on selldone, which I hope to launch soon.

The human interface (backoffice) is perfectly organizsed.
During setup, the only thing I found "missing" on some of the setting-pages, is a clear visible option to close. Probably it's me overlooking it and Workaround is to click outside the "tab".

You can connect Selldone with API and several MVP servers, expanding automations adding Ai. For example; extending the build in referral marketing system.

The only thing for improvement (so far) is SSL, that instead of DNS setting at our own hosting provider (cURL 60 error) or through Cloudflare, (which is, can be difficult) Installing a (Let's Encrypt) SSL certificate can be (native) implemented with a single click.

Support agent Mark is so awesome, that -in combination with proven dedication, working hours and his flawless support-, one can almost think he's an Ai agent with real "human touch". (Similar to Lieutenant Commander Data the highly advanced, self-aware Soong-type android in the Star Trek universe.) But mark is (for) real, and when people like Mark are with a team, says all to me. (A-players love to work with A-players, not B- or C-players)

In short: Selldone is awesome, e-commerce platform (super-fast), offering awesome support and is dedicated to (y)our succes.
