I often feel like any review I would give for a tool on appsumo has little value other than general "love it" "5 Tacos" "useful.." etc for people looking to purchase. Yet Its honestly where I find the most information and understanding for my own purchases. Its not that I don't mean the reviews but my skill and knowledge gaps prevents me from thinking I can clearly share in a practical and technical way. However today I feel anyone that is just testing the waters for their own endeavor and wants to try Selldone, but doubts their ability or understanding to make it happen- aka me- Selldone is exactly where you should start. I'm trying to create something without the tech knowledge or skills and I was bumbling around in the app, created then deleted my stores and it wasnt auto populating new ones when I tried more than likely to repeat this process, so I had to get on chat. I began speaking with Mark who I assumed was an ai support. He wasn't, he was just answering me directly and I was being curt and annoyed in my response. Then when I realized he was really there trying to trouble shoot patiently with me in what I can only assume felt on his end like working with an elderly lady who is trying to use gmail for the first time. I apologized profusely and he was so kind and literally just started walking me through it step by mini-step. Obviously they created this for everyone and anyone to succeed and are committed to helping them get there. That's why you should buy a license. Full stop.
