I Wasn't Expecting to Be This Impressed
I rarely leave reviews, but Selldone has impressed me so much that I wanted to take the time share my experience. I'm still in the process of setting up my store and **marketplace**, but so far I absolutely love the platform. At first it's like Wow, there is a lot there, but the interface quickly become intuitive and makes sense. It's very easy to set up your domain, email, payment processing, and a store front that's looks clean and professional. And the product pages are very attractive without any work. I love how the products are presented.
One of the biggest reasons Selldone grabbed my attention is its marketplace capability. The fact that vendors can set up their own Stripe account and Selldone does the split in the profits is awesome. I run a local business directory and community-focused platform, and the ability to host a marketplace for local artists, crafters, and small businesses fits perfectly with what I'm building. Few ecommerce platforms offer this level of flexibility while still keeping the setup process straightforward. i.e. Print on Demand for both Printful and Printify is very easy to set up.
Having said that, what truly sets Selldone apart for me, however, is the support. I would happily give their support team a 10 out of 10. No doubt. Mark has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient whenever I've had questions and he always seems to be there when you need him.
I was also impressed by the support and leadership I saw from Alireza. Their commitment to helping customers incredibly refreshing. It's nice to know you don't have to way for days for help. So, yes the reviews about how great their support is are REAL.
The team is so responsive that it honestly feels like they're working in the next room and always just a chat away, which is rare these days and very appreciated.
If you're looking for a powerful all-in-one ecommerce platform with outstanding support, Selldone is absolutely worth considering. I'm excited about working with this platform. I am sure my first sell on it is right around the corner. Thanks again Mark for keeping me rolling.

I smiled when I read your comment about the initial “Wow, there is a lot here” feeling. That's honestly a very common first reaction. Selldone was built to cover almost every aspect of running an online business in one place, so there is a lot under the hood. Our goal has always been to make that power feel natural once you spend a little time with it.
I also really appreciate your comments about the marketplace capabilities. The ability for vendors to connect their own Stripe accounts and automatically handle profit splitting was one of those features we felt should exist years ago, yet very few platforms made it simple enough for everyday business owners. Reading how well it fits your local directory and community marketplace vision is exactly the kind of feedback that keeps us motivated.

You also touched on something that is very close to our philosophy. The reason Selldone does not rely on a traditional plugin ecosystem is because, over the years, we've seen how much time business owners lose dealing with plugin conflicts, broken updates, synchronization issues, and third-party service connections that suddenly stop working. In fact, one of the integration challenges you experienced yourself is a perfect example of the kind of problem we are trying to eliminate. We'd rather spend our engineering time building and maintaining native capabilities than asking customers to constantly troubleshoot connections between dozens of different tools.
Building software this way is definitely harder for us, but we believe it creates a much better experience for business owners in the long run.
