I spoke to their chat/real person today. Nope they are still alive and well. They said something about some malicious user or users on discord spreading false stories about.
They are updating and putting in new image models. I just discussed one or two and they are actively looking at those. If they are an improvement, we will see them.
I've spoken with them a few times via chat as well. They did mention development but stated developers haven't shared any information with them so it's just a waiting game. I suggested models as well that they mentioned they would consider. It's all diplomacy right now.

She did mention malicious information being posted on Discord, and that could be a reason they have slowed down on there.

Q: Why the image to video quality just degraded so badly?
The image to video quality has just degraded SO SO BADLY. It used to work really well in the initial days but now, its worst. I know you definitely made changes to your video infra, but to tell you, its a wrong move. Deduct more credits but DO NOT play on the quality. I ran the same prompt with same on kling directly and on your platform. Its a huge difference! Why?
I think they are using newer/better models but these are not available on the ltd plans. You can or should be able use them on BYOK basis or paid plans.
Q: Please add favorites and folders to My Creations
Hi, I've found its hard keeping track of the best image variations in the app history. Can you please add a feature to favorite images and place them inside nameable folders in My Creations? That will help cut down on constantly downloading and re uploading images just to save the best ones.
