It's my understanding there are Lawyers who "surf & suite" against web site owners who do not comply with handi cap federal laws. Using that as an example are these sites compliant with all those (call them) requirements, laws, regulations?

I would never expect a HIPPA complaint certification achieved, but still have to ask for community knowledge.
