Excellent UI and UX and incredible customer support
The UI and UX has been fantastic, really simple and clear and their knowledge base is very extensive. I have had a series of questions and I was able to connect with their customer support within 2 minutes and speak to a human, honestly this is unheard of for a ESP, so definitely a real bonus.
Things I am waiting for is Wordpress integration so I can connect it to Elementor or Fluent Forms but the team have told me this will be available in a month or so, so I'm happy to support knowing that it's coming.
I'd also love to see Selzy integrated with SureCart for e-commerce and also the ability to receive incoming webhooks, this would help for automations such as when a customer buys a certain product, I can tag them and segment them. The use of webhooks without the complex API option at the moment would be much appreciated as I am not a developer.
Overall though, this is a fantastic investment and I see Selzy being the new Mailerlite once they have Wordpress and SureCart style integrations.
