It would be nice if we could use it.

The IP addresses used by Selzy are constantly banned by microsoft/hotmail/icloud. If you come across a banned ip pool, you cannot send e-mails to the addresses of these companies.

You have to constantly write to support for the change of the IP pool, if you come across someone who knows, your job will be done in 3 minutes, but if you come across someone who does not know, you have to wait at least one day.

Are you in the campaign period? Need to send an email urgently? There's nothing to do, wait. ^^

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed, sometimes individual IPs can be blocked by mail services. A common IP pool is used by a large number of clients to send emails, so blocking can happen even because of one unwanted campaign. In some cases, you can secure your campaigns by connecting separate dedicated IPs with a clean reputation, which will warm up on your emails and from which only you will send campaigns.

Our customer service team works 24/7 and always tries to resolve any problems our clients experience with mail services.
Regarding changing pools, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will work to reduce the processing time for such requests from our clients.
