Hi, is this project still alive? Last SERP update was in march. Youtube Channel is gone, and I haven't seen any update around this project since months. I sent an email asking for some updates about this project 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply...

Hello, my earlybird subscription yearly payment was charged without prior notice. There is no possibility to cancel subscription through dashboard, also for 6 days after several emails to support, I have not received any feeedback on the matter. Why the support is not answering and why the cancellation is not done to be easy and hassle-free ?
Since when did support stop answering? Seems to be buggy but no response from their support chat or email.
