Q: My imported contacts are not updating to the list name
I imported contacts to a specific list. When I open the list it shows it, but it does not display on the list page, and it also doesn't display when I select the list for an email campaign. It continues to display 0 contacts in the list. How do I know if it is sending it? Can this also be fixed? Thanks
I've been using Sendfox for 4 years now without any issues. Lately, I got some troubles delivering emails to 3 subscribers, getting 2 types of bounce error code.
I went through the documentation without any success. Used the chatbot for help, didn't help. Sent a detailed email to support over a week ago and never got any response.

Something suspicous is going on... all of a sudden the previously-working support email is returned as "delivery failure". This is literally the only way to get support for a PAID PRODUCT. Very concerning and I think this could be illegal behaviour....
Hello, if I purchase TIER 5 but have more than 25,000 contacts, what happens? Can I pay a monthly fee for the difference in the number of contacts? I currently have 35,000, but this number is growing over time.
