That's true, SendFox does not have Contact Tags. The way SendFox segments contacts is by grouping them in separate mailing groups called Lists. Additionally, SendFox is not a feature packed as Active Campaign, there may be some work around to implement what you have been used to doing in ActiveCampaign.
