The simple answer: yes.

The longer answer: We support gif, png, and jpg files. We always recommend people use tinypng.com or another service to "shrink" their email sizes, which makes it easier for people to load images. We also recommend the images are somewhere between 400-800 px. But this is all just bonus points, it's not necessary (unless you're a nerd like me).
