Confirmation page customization

Question

First it is annoying that after buying a lifetime deal, you have to pay a monthly subscription to avoid double optin.
Second, when you use double optin, the confirmation page cannot be modified and is an aggressive ads for sendfox and appsumo products which ruines the experience of my users.
Do you foresee any improvement or an option to customize that thank you page soon ?
