The warming-up process is well-known in the ESP industry and can be described as the introduction of your emails to our servers.
Every ESP provider uses a warm-up process, but in different ways.
Warming up is an automatic procedure for all first (larger) sends on any of the accounts in SendFox.

We do not control that process; instead, the whole process is controlled by the SendFox built-in engine.
In order to ensure SendFox continues to have high deliverability rates for all our users, we have an optimization system in place.
If your email follows the guidelines and our terms of service (https://sendfox.com/tos), then it should be delivered.
If your email has low stats, the account will be optimized.
