1) Yes, we have HTML forms that you can use within SendFox. We also integrate with our sister company Sumo.com, which has the best forms in the world, if you want a little more visual control. And, we have a full-scale API that LTD customers can use (unlike other tools, we don't reserve that for an expensive enterprise plan... all LTD customers get it!). That way, you can even create your own forms and integrations if you want a really custom solution.
